Digital printing refers to a group of printing processes in which the print image is transferred directly from a file or a data stream from a computer to a printing press without using a static printing form.
I use a type of inkjet printing using a Roland large format printer. The print image is laminated after printing to protect it against environmental influences.
Digital printing is probably the most striking way to present something / your project. Since there is also the possibility in digital printing to transfer an existing photo 1: 1 to an adhesive film, the range of applications is enormous. Some options would be:
- on vehicles
- on large format screens
- on Aludibond plates
- as an eye catcher on laptops or cell phones
